1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
  • Once the product has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Mobile 99 reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must include the original invoice and all accompanying accessories.
  • Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened accessories (earphones, chargers, cables, etc.)
  • Tempered glass or screen protectors once applied
  • Clearance sale or special order products

Mobile 99 reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or replacement.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear images and an unboxing video as proof.

After verification, we will provide:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), OR
  • A full refund

5. Warranty

All electronic products are covered under manufacturer warranty only, wherever applicable.

Mobile 99 does not provide direct warranty services but will assist customers in connecting with the authorized service center.
